Permission and use
Use your own photos or material with permission for both the photo and the person’s likeness. Do not impersonate others, mislead people about real events, harass or create abusive content. Public availability does not grant permission. Rights to a result depend on the underlying materials.
Availability and pricing
Generation and payments open only after validation. Original and custom modes use different workflows; exact likeness, lyrics, rhythm and lip sync are not guaranteed. Each task shows a quote. An unlock downloads the existing result without improving quality. Packs last 180 days; subscription credits expire 30 days after the billing period. Plans renew until canceled.
Failures and trial
Confirmed failed tasks return reserved credits. A pending status does not confirm a refund or justify repeating checkout. Trials depend on eligibility, verification and anti-abuse limits and do not unlock original downloads. Review your account status. Drafts depend on browser storage.
